Mr. Pasquale “Pat” Casasanta President Pat has served as President of CEnergy for the past three years. In his role Pat, is responsible for community relations, business planning and company sales. Pat has been instrumental in developing relationships with supply partners and municipal governments. Pat was most recently involved in providing financial support to Composite Technology Corp. (CTC), a manufacturer of proprietary Aluminum Conductor Composite Core (ACCC) transmission cable. Composite Technology Corp (CTC Cable) is now a well respected manufacture of one of the hottest products in the energy industry. The success of CTC allowed the company to acquire a majority interest in DeWind Wind Turbines from EU Energy Wind in 2006. DeWind is now the supplier of choice for CEnergy small scale wind farm projects. Pat has extensive business leadership experience with over 22 years in the insurance industry. He owns and operates a large insurance agency located in Clinton Township, Michigan. |

Mr. Tony Cappussi Vice President and COO Tony has served as vice president of CEnergy for the past three years. In his role Tony has been responsible for working closely with CEnergy and other partner suppliers in developing site proposals, engineering and construction planning. Tony has extensive experience in leading engineering, development and construction projects as President of CMA Design/Build Inc., CMA Design Services, Inc., & CMA Architect, Inc. With a recent focus on government and institutional projects, CMA provides a full turn-key solution to its client base including design, documentation, permitting, project management, and certification. As a fully bonded supplier, CMA’s dedication to quality construction has created long-lasting relationships with its clients, including the Cities of Pontiac, Sterling Heights, Livonia, and Wixom; Village of Milford; Oakland County; Washtenaw County Community Mental Health Services, Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority; and the State of Michigan Aeronautics.
